The Groupware System

The EasyWinWin method is supported by the Groupware System. Such
tools can interesting things happen in a group of stakeholders working
on a series of networked laptops. You can create predictable,
repeatable patterns of human interaction and reasoning among people
working toward a common goal. The Groupware system includes
brainstorming tools that can help a group diverge from customary
patterns of thinking. It also has idea-organising tools that let a group
structure disorganised ideas. Other tools can help a group converge
quickly from its many brainstorming ideas down to a clear focus on just
the ideas that merit further attention.
These 7 basic patterns of thinking are diverge, converge, organise,
elaborate, abstract, evaluate and build consensus.
